My wife and I hired David Olsen to do our wedding photography in June 2010 and were really blown away by how professional David was! We really had no idea what we were looking for from our wedding photos and were very worried about what to expect. After informing David about our lack of wedding photography knowledge and our unclear ideas of what we were expecting, David stepped up and brought his vision to life for us. When we got to see our finished photos we were absolutely thrilled with his work and amazed how quickly David coordinated his entire vision for us.

Journey’s Image did a wonderful job taking formal headshots for me. David was very knowledgeable about his camera equipment and worked very efficiently to take a large number of photos during the shoot. His creativity comes out in the photos with the beautiful backdrops of his elaborate backyard. With the many different backgrounds to choose from in the end, it was easy to pick many favorites. The colors in the final shots are very deep, bold, and accentuate both my musical instrument, myself, and the background against which they sit. He was very accommodating as a photographer, allowing me to make suggestions and give certain preferences, while also adding his own expertise. He was also very helpful in the editing stage, helping me to understand the colors in the images and to find the best photos for my specific application. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a professional photographer!
